Cyrus S. Kump, II, MD

Dr. Kump has been with Orthopaedic Health Group since 2004. He graduated from Virginia Military Institute in Lexington, Va. with a B.S. in Biology. He went to medical school at Medical College of Virginia (MCV). He completed his studies and did a transitional internship at the Brooke Army Medical Center.

His residency was at MCV in Orthopedic Surgery. Dr. Kump also served as Active Duty U.S. Army Physician at the McDonald Army Hospital, Ft. Eustis, Va. Dr. Kump is a Colonel, U.S. Army Reservist.

“I believe the most important aspects of providing quality care are listening to the needs of my patients and involving the patient in the treatment plan. I like to take the time to educate patients and present treatment options.”

Dr. Kump is married with three sons and 1 daughter. He is very active in the Richmond community.
